Not offended. but BLM records are iffy at most. Roswell officers said they were told to destroy records but stored them in basement as they actually had enough room. Since they moved to new building (out of Federal Court House) don't know if they moved the records too.
Only know what kind of problems I have had trying to track down who owns what and when. It is a hard to track problem.
