You may get maps for a couple of these at:
http://www.hvor.no/
You'll have to spell Opsal as Oppsal.
Odde appears nearby
I couldn't find a Frøisland.
Enter the name, a box appears where you get a choice of fylke, pick Oppland.
Then you get choices, so look for Nordre Land
Remember though, that sometimes borders have changed.
The buttons on the right allow to zoom in or out.
