I found the same family on the Norwegian website for Norwegians in Wisconsin 1880 and the last name is spelled Hartvig which suggests it was not a farm name. Name should have been Hartvigsen.

Anyway, I own Totens Bygdebok IV by Svein-Erik degaard. If I can be any help for Totenvika, let me know.
