Hi to all,
my name is Val Wall, I live in Lancashire, England. I am a
registered nurse working in an intensive care unit. I am married with 3
children and for the past year I have been tracing my Norwegian ancesters
from Notteroy, Vestfold. I will try to help whenever I can with queries. I
found this site thanks to some kind person on another site.

I have been very successful tracing my Norwegian line thanks to work done by
John Strom, however it is the descendants still living that I am now
interested in locating. Hopefully some of you might know them, their
whereabouts or maybe you are related. Fingers crossed!

I am the great-granddaughter of THOR BREDAL JACOBSEN born in
Buerstad nordre, Notteroy in 1866. THOR'S father:
ELIAS JACOBSEN (I have found it spelt Jakobsen in the digitalarkivet) was
widowed twice. His third marriage was to :
KRISTINE BREDINE CHRISTENSDATTER STRENGSDAL (born 1855).

Elias and Kristine Bredine had a further 3 children:

1.HANS EUGEN born 1894
2.BERTHA KATHERINE- married OSCAR MELLO (born in Sand, Stokke, Vestfold)
They had 3 children all still living.
3.EUGENIE BREDINE married KRISTIAN BOLLAEREN. They had 1 child who married :
???? JENSEN and they had 2 children.

Are these names familiar? Do you know who these children are and where they
live now?
