Just to add a little more confusion to this subject, there is another
possibility to the subject of "last address". In the case of my
ex-husband's father, who I know, lived, died and is buried in Portland
OR, is listed on SSDI as last benefit, Roswell NM. There is a simple
explanation for this:

He was on SS at the time of his death, OR, and received his benefits
here, but, after his demise, his widow moved to NM and was receiving her
widow's benefits at that location, so it can be a little deceiving as to
death location for an individual. Just another possibilty????
