Hi ALL:

A SS5 photocopy is more reliable than a dc. Example, my father in law
Clyde E Arnette. His common law wife gave Walter ARNETTE as Clyde's
father. On Clyde's ss5 application, William was given.

Besides, you can tell whether the person was literate enough to fill out
the form.
David's maternal gf had his wife fill it out. And the man left a letter
out of his name. And they accepted it with the two different spellings.

I wonder what those look like now when a baby is given a SSN in the
hospital.
