The Bancroft Library has a Web site at:

this has a lot of information on the Library.

It gives:

The book holdings are included in the online Melvyl system.
The index to documents is in the reading room, separate from that for
books. I doubt if there is sufficient staff for them to do any checking of
their holdings for you. You certainly can ask.
