You're probably going to need a little more information. First, Canada
is the second largest country in the world, although in 1833 the western
part of the country was totally unsettled. Do you have her death
certificate which would give a more specific location in Canada? Some US
Census will list Canada E (English which would be Ontario) or Canada F
(which would be Quebec). Records for as early as 1833 are rather sparse,
although records in Quebec that early are somewhat more abundant,
Ontario almost non-existent. I know very little about records in the
Maritimes. Canada has GenWeb sites and there are mailing lists where
people are very knowledgeable and helpful. Suggest you try Cyndi's list
and begin poking around.
