Considering all the machinery to be operated and maintained ... Washing
machine, clothes dryer, adjust climate controls on heating, A/C, unstuff
toilets, refrigerator, deep freeze, dishwasher, trash compactor, microwave,
garbage disposal, mixer, blender, phone(s), answering machine, TV(s),
VCR(s), audio system, vacuum cleaner, carpet steamer, toaster oven, bread
maker

Maybe Engineer isn't so far off ??
