Elaine,

All criminal cases would be in court files -- call the county superior court and find out where
they hold their archives. They're public records. If you are local, there should be no problem
about using the index to look up the case using the man's name from the motorcycle. If you need
to write for them, you'll have to get instructions how to do that.
