Rootsweb does not allow attachments.
Perhaps you could post a message about the nature of the photo.
Interested persons could reply to you, & you could send it directly to them.
Personally, to avoid virus's, I don't open attachments from strangers.
From a known person I will open a text file.
Even from known persons, I don't open any other file format unless they tell
me ahead of time that it is coming. The reason is that many virus's are now
propagated through the infected person's e-mail, & the virus comes to you
from an innocent party.
