If they don't have it, you can borrow it via Inter Library Loan. I use
that to get copies of books my local library doesn't have. Books have
come from Florida, Oklahoma and New Jersey. ...also Wyoming as I
recall. It's usually free except for postage. The Livermore Library
even pays that.

If your library can't get it, send me their e-mail address. My
publisher says he's shipped them to libraries all over the country.
