I always recomend Inter Library Loan, but since this one says "Library Use
Only", it might not be available that way. On the other hand, it is possible
they'd send it to another library but not allow it to be checked out, only
used in the receiving library. & of course if one library has it, another
with more liberal policies might.

I searched the MELVYL catalog and got 19 hits most of which are probably
useless, but I was intrigued by;
