Interesting you would use the 4th amendment ,Willie himself in 74 stated the
same thing about the then president Nixon that he Lied and used his powers
to subverse his office,he went further you can read it,as to the First Lady
servicing anybody ,that may be the problem.Read Paines "Common Sense" and
the Federalist Papers" then we can talk my Friend.R

Americans interested in preserving the Fourth Amendment right to
protection against ~unreasonable search and seizure~ should
stand tall and tell their Republican Senators to take a stand
against fishing expeditions whose sole intention is political
vendetta and revenge for the First Lady's service on the House
Impeachment Committee of 1974.
Anyone who wants this carried out to the bitter end is anti-Bill of
Rights in my book. We've faced impeachment of the president
twice before: like the first case, I have to say, the charges are
unreasonable, trivial, and uncomprosingly political. In 1974, I note,
~both~ Republicans and Democrats recommended the
impeachment of the President. When a vote like this divides on
party lines and it feels that no matter which way we vote we may
well err, we should choose to do so on the side of caution Six
brave Republicans voted against removing Andrew Johnson. Are
there six brave men among the Republican Senators today?
Fortunately it does not matter: Republicans can vote their party
line and still be defeated. A few Democrats can even defect. But it
would ease my mind if a few conservative men of conscience would
not let their party dictate their vote.
Think about the Fourth Amendment -- it applies to all citizens.
