Hi Heather,
At my last visit to the local Library I believe I noticed a
reference to a "GOAT" family marriage in a Norfolk Genealogy Book
namely:"Norfolk Archdeaconry Marriage Licence Bonds" 1813-1837 If you think
this may be of interest to you I will be glad to check it out on my next visit.
