Hi Bev,
I have not found any Richard Potter in the places you mention, but
there was a Richard POTTER in Kenninghall ; he married Sarah HUBBARD
at Kenninghall on 1 Jun 1795 (banns on 17,24,31 May).
By the way, how are you involved with Germanic Studies ?
