Hi Eddie,
The easiest way to find a "Reverend", if he is C.of E.,
is to use "Crockford's Clerical Directory" ; this is issued every
couple of years or so, & lists all active, & retired, clergymen.
It lists their qualifications & appointments.
If you know approx. when he lived, you should be able to find the
info. at any large library, or they could obtain it on inter-library
loan. I have a copy for 1953-4, which shows many who were ordained
c. WWI. It also lists all parish churches (C.of E.) & their
dedications.
