Does anyone have access to the 1841 Norfolk census?

My Great Great Grandfather Richard TOOMBS married Sarah Ann Swaby and is
listed on the 1851 Wisbech Census. They lived in the St. Marys parish part.

Father: William TOOMBS

Richard TOOMBS married Sarah Ann SWABY on 20 October 1848. Marriage was
solemnized at the Parish church in the Parish of Wisbech, St. Mary in the
county of Cambridge.

No. 157 20th October

Richard TOOMBS age 23 bachelor, shoemaker, residence: Wisbech, St. Mary.
Fathers name: William TOOMBS Rank or profession of father: Labourer

Sarah Ann SWABY age 22 Spinster. servant residence: Wisbech St. Mary.
Fathers name Philip SWABY. Rank or profession of father: Labourer.

Witness to this marriage were John and Elizabeth Trofer.

I have searched the 1851 Norfolk CD I have and find no reference to a Philip
