Hi Derek -

The 1851 Census CD-ROM from the LDS has most of the same search
capabilities built into it. It was these capabilities' absence
from the 1881 CDs which lead me to use a different program.

If you've got the 1851 Census CD-ROM, you already have the ability
to search on any keyword. Use Search, Query from the menu bar.

But to answer your questions:

a) Yes.
b) Yes.
