I noticed the Blything connection and wondered if you could offer some
advise on the following. If not thank you for the time in reading.

I am have problems tracing the family of BRABBEN.

I have found Grandfather Ernest Jubilee being born there but no other
instances of the name or anything near on the 1881 Census CD.
Does this area have large amounts of migrant workers/fishermen?
I cannot find siblings etc within 20 years either side at st Caths' index.
