Huguenots were French Protestants. Those that came from Belguim were
called Wallons.
There are a couple of list below that may help your research.
The Huguenot mailing list:-

Huguenots-Walloons-Europe mailing list:-

Many of them left France
(and I think the part of Belgium close to the French border) to come to
England in the first half of the 16th century - Henry VIII, and then
Edward
VI, were King of England at the time, and were not in favour of the
Church
of Rome, so the Protestants felt safer in England. Most of them settled
in
the area of London and Kent - particularly near the English Channel
ports
where they would have landed from France, as you might expect, but also
around Bristol and Norwich. Further 'differences' with the catholic
Church
in the late 17th century led to a further influx of many thousands of
Huguenots to England. The records of the early Huguenots in England are
deposited at the Public Record Office at Kew, whilst later records are
with
the Huguenot Society Library, housed at University College of the
University
of London.

The Public Record Office has a set of useful leaflets on their
holdings. If
you visit http://www.pro.gov.uk/leaflets/riindex.htm you will find an
index to them. It is not possible to search the records on-line. If you
can
locate what you want looked at, and the document reference, then
someone
going to the PRO may be able to look it up for you (ask via this list)
-
otherwise you would need to pay a researcher. I do go from time to time
to
the PRO, but do not anticipate going until the autumn (September or so)
