Saw your query while I was sending Nellie's info. What you have
here is an
entry in the 1881 census by the look of it. The 'translation' is:

Samuel Frankling, male, age 45, married, born Wighton, Norfolk,
England,
head of this particular household. In that case, it would make his
birth
1836, if he's not lying about his age.
