Hi,

Spent a few days in Norfolk over the holiday looking for any signs of
great-grandfather Charles Henry RASBERRY born circa 1873 (thanks 1901 PRO
census) but with little success. My conumdrum from the 1881 census remains
but is now more confused. My original question to the lisr read:

Was Elizabeth widowed / separated? Who was the father of the 3 Rasberry's?
There were only 6 RASBERRY households on the 1851 census.
Where does the BUNKLE come into the picture? >>

I've recently found the wedding of Elizabeth BUNKLE & Robert HOWARD in Dec
1870. QUESTION: Where do the RASBERRY's fit now?

I transcribed a few BUNKLE / RASBERRY / HOWARD / RASBURY gravestones in East
Walton, Gayton & Harpley whilst I was there if of any interest to anyone. It
was so cold I rushed a bit later on and some of the stobes were very hard to
read..

East Walton - pretty church with a lovely round tower.

1. Henry beloved son of Richard & Fanny BUNKLE who died Nov 9th 1881 aged 19
years also Alfred William their son who died Nov 13th 1881 aged 8 years.
2. Richard BUNKLE who died Nov 13th 1883 aged 56 years
3. In memory of Mary BUNKLE who died Feb 10 1847 aged 28 years.
4. Elizabeth wife of Willm BUNKLE who died 23rd April 1876 aged 84 years /
Willian BUNKLE who departed this life 22nd Dec 1857 aged 66 years.
5. Memory of James BUNKLE .......... 1868
