This lookup presumably refers to the GRO marriage index. So,
for a birth certificate, you find the birth entry for
Charles Henry Rasberry, make a note of the complete
reference given for that entry, volume page district etc.
With that info you can telephone the ONS (office of national
statistics) and order a certificate, paying by credit card.
It usually comes within a week. Pleasant, helpful people on
the other end.
