Hi People.
New to this list.
Trying to trace the maternal side of me Gran - who'll be 98 this November.
She recalls her mother BLANCHE HANDCOCK and grandmother PATIENCE (nee
Wright??)
who lived for a while (1902-1903) in Scuthorpe Mill. Ten children in all,
what happened next,
usual story/mystery!
Have been in touch with the fine lad Jonathan who deals with Norfolk Mills
but I wonder
if anyone has a hook on the ancestors or decendants of WILLIAM & PATIENCE
HANDCOCK.
Got a hit on the web that suggests William & Patience Anne (WRIGHT) married
Sept quarter
1868 in Walsingham Parish.
We've some info on some of the children. If this couple and the surnames
HAZELL or APPS come
to mind then my Gran and us can help!
Regards
Brian Clarke
