That is indeed most helpful!
"No obvious Alexander burials" conforms with my expectations, finding
any would have complicated things.
Richard Tibenham is probably Mary's granddad or great uncle (chr.
Shelton, 27 Feb 1701 - good old FreeReg)
In a message dated 8/6/2008 20:31:10 GMT Daylight Time,
I have Woodton for transcribing for freereg.
I can confirm :
1763 John Alexander singleman and Mary Tibenham single woman Oct 8 by banns
1765 23 Jun John son of John Alexander and Mary Jun 23
1768 Elisabeth daughter of John and Mary Alexander 8 Feb
1771 Thomas son of John and Mary Alexander 6 Oct
1775 William son John and Mary Alexander 24 Oct
1791 Robert illegitimate son of Elizabeth Alexander born and publickly
baptised 17 Apr
No obvious Alexander burials - but this may be of interest
1784 Mr Richard Tibenahm from Brook formerly of this parish yeoman a
widower a very pious and devout man. He died Januaury 12 (?) and was
buried January 15 1784 ages 83? years (writing a bit blurry).
Hope this is of interest.
