Richard,
My 6th Great Grandfather is THOMAS NORMAN born abot 1630 in England. He was sponsored by Major
William Anderws 24 Feb. 1654 Northhampton Co Virginia. In Stafford Co. Virginia Deed and Will
Abstrect 1699-1709 and Stafford Co. Virginia Deed Book J are a number of deeds by THOMAS NORMAN and
his four (4) sons HENRY; WILLIAM; THOMAS; and CLEMENT.
In Stafford Co. Deed Book J page 323-328 by HENRY NORMAN is recorded that THOMAS NORMAN'S last will
and testament is bearing the date of 31 October 1709. My line is from CLEMENT NORMAN.
I have records from the bible of my 3rd Great Grandfather FIRNET GREEN NORMAN that states THOMAS
NORMAN son of CLEMENT NORMAN and his wife MILDRED, born 27 December 1728. FIRNEY GREEN NORMAN is the
son of this THOMAS NORMAN and his wife ROSANNA HARRILL.
My CLEMENT NORMAN is first recorded in deed of gift from his father THOMAS NORMAN along with his
brothers, WILLIAM and THOMAS NORMAN dated 10 April 1706, he is named last making him the youngest.
He could have been born as late as 1686. Could this CLEMENT and your #2 CLEMENT be the same? I think
it is the same man.
I would like to hear from you on this.
Billy J. Norman
