Dorothy Irene Norman, 83, of Escondido died Jan. 31. She was born in Montana and was a homemaker. Survivors include her daughters, Betty Jo Neubarth and Mary Ann DeWees of Escondido and Dixie Lynn Crane of Julian; son, Harry Norman of Fullerton; sister, Mabel Sutton of Beaumont; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Services: 2 p.m. tomorrow, Emmanuel Faith Community Church, 639 E. Felicita Ave., Escondido. Interment: Oak Hill Memorial Park, 2640 Glenridge Road, Escondido. Donations: Emmanuel Faith Community Church Child Evangelism Fellowship or Missions Program, 639 E. Felicita Ave., Escondido, CA 92025. Arrangements: McLeod Mortuary.
