Please keep this type of email off-list, criticism, if constructive, is
welcomed ... but off-list, to Brian or myself. I am not aware of any
'offence' you have committed, or why your postings don't appear, but will
deal with this matter privately with you.

What is 'not' allowed is common sense if you know and understand what the
list is intended for.
