Hello Malcolm, I dont think anyone could do this with out ordering the birth
certificate. You can apply yourself giving those same details, if it's not
the correct parents that you have mentioned , then you will get your cheque
refunded, Other than that you can go to Sunderland and with an appointment,
search the indexes for up to 5 hours , but there is a charge of around £ 18
for that.
