Dear Elissa,
I send this cc to too. I have not the Granvin book, and
Rasmus T Rokne seems to be a Vossing (from Rokne at Voss). Granvin and Voss are
own muncipalities lying up to Ulvik. I have put answers into your message where
I can answer. The books for Garanvin and Voss have another authors than mr. Bu.

Holvae (Holvæ) is now spelled Holven. The book spells her first name as Kristi.

It is a very strange spelling of the farm name in your source. It should read
Håheim, the å is often spelled aa in english. They settled at Øydvæ(160), today
spelled Øydvin (-væ is local pronouncing of -vin, Holven they think was once
Holvin). They had one son Haldor, born 1837. The book does not tell where he
moved. You have given the answer!

Torkel's father is Haldor Hallgjerson Lægreid (222e) in Eidfjord, b 1773 d ?,
married 1806 Brita Torkjellsdotter Håheim (174f), b 1889 d ?

With Odd OLson Håheim (1610-1677) my line merge and we are related. He was
bailiff in Ulvik 1657- 1669.

Yours
Knut.
