Nanna-
The book I referred to is not one of Norman Co. but it covers people all
over the country as well as Canada and Norway who are descended from Peder
Johannsen Norum (1793) and his first wife Malena Eriksdatter (1794) and
second wife Marethe Svensdatter (1797). They lived on the Norumplass farm
at the head of the Trondheim Fjord in Inderoy. I looked all through the
book but couldn't find any Bakkes or Skjerseths. Sorry!
