Farmers omelett With Anchovy
4 portions

5-6 boiled potatoes in cubes
2-3 egg
2dl milk
2 chopped onion chive or fine chopped
margarin
bot leek
A. 50 gr anchovy or
some filets appetite herring / Anchovy
salt and pepper

Svish the onion soft in margarin, let the potato cubes roast
with a moment, so they get a little color.
Pur over the lake from the anchovy box and taste good to
with salt and rich with black pepper.
Whisk together egg and milk and pur the mixture over.
Let is stiffen at weak heat, lift with a fork here and
there in/inside the omelett. Calf anchovy the filets over and drizzle
good with chive or leek above.
Serv the omelett straight from the pan together with a
green salat and gladly bread/loaf.
