Yes! You're on to something! Alf was born in 1859 in Lesjaskogen (I'm unfamiliar with Lesjaskogen...is it a fylke?)and we've heard that some of the family lived in Silver Lake Township at some point. We also know that Ola and Kari eventually homesteaded in Freeborn County, Minnesota.
