Hello cousin Dan,

As you may have surmised, Svendsøe is an older spelling for the farm
Svenseid. My roots are from Lunde also. You are part of the Børte and
Norheim families of Lunde. I have the bygdeboker for Lunde and access to
pre 1816 parish records for Bø/Lunde (on microfilm) if you wish look-ups.
You can also check your family out at www.buverud.no Just look for the
name Marte Halvorsdatter, Svenseid in the "Dynamic Family Tree" and you will
find her siblings, parents, ancestors, etc.
