Yes, pastors are like everyone else and they, too, make mistakes. I have
checked my copy of Naeseth for 1844 and he doesn't have her. He does have a
Margit Olsdtr emigrating in 1845 who he thinks is probably Aasmundtveit from
Kviteseid. That one is among his unidentified em. of 1845. If you have a copy
of Naeseth, Vol Two, you may just want to page by page through it for possible
candidates.
Most likely ports would be Porsgrunn, Krageroe, Skien--in other words, one
of the Southern Telemark ports.
