I could not find the persons in the page.
The 'faster' of konen, must be konen's mother's sister or konen's father's
sister.
I think Hæggemkn could well be misspelled for Hæggeman, but Johanne
Cornelkus., if you mean the daughter born 1777, should have the surname
Sørensdtr.

Subject: [NOR] Question about 1801 Census translation (Hagemand,
Hægemansdtr)
Greetings all,
May I bounce a possible fit off you all for opinions.
First, I have this family:
Søren Corneliussen, "wurderingsmand" = valuer, appraiser, and his
wife Hedevig Catharina Hagemand, living in Oslo, ca 1772-1799.
They have the following children:
1. Catharina Elisabeth, christened January 23 1775
2. Johanna Henrica, christened February 6 1777
3. Johan Henrich Hagemand, christened September 22 1779
4. Cornelius, christened December 2 1782
On the 1801-telling for 0715 Bothne, Vestfold there is a Johanne
Hæggemkn, Konens faster, 75, Enke efter 1te ægtesk and the Johanne
Cornelkus.:

First question, does Johanne Hæggemkn, who is 'Konens faster',
(wife's aunt) mean the sister of Johanne Cornelkus, kone?
Second question. I have been told that the 1801 census is often mis-
transcribed. If so, I am wondering if this Johanne Cornelkus. (with
the dot) could really be Johanne Corneliusen. Her age would be
really close AND if Hæggemkn is possibly mistranscribed to from
Hæggeman. Transcription errors have been found as the mother, first
a Hedevig Catharina Hagemand shows up in 1801 as Hedevig Cathrine
Hægemansdtr. I have been told that transcribers often added dtr
where actually not needed. Or does 'kn' on the end of names exhist.?
1801-telling for 0528 Totens

And is Bothne, Vestfold fairly close to or far from Oslo and Akershus
Castle?
Thanks for your thoughts.
