Dear Phil,

Don't have any suggestions as to exactly how to find the person you are
looking for, but just because someone is from a certain parish at the time of
the marriage doesn't necessarily mean that is where they were born and
baptized. The family could have moved between those two events. I am
experiencing that same situation and am still looking for my relative's
birthplace. Check church records from adjacent parishes would be the next
thing I'd do.
