No... but there is a very good booklet by Eve McLaughlin (1.50 UKP)
"Simple Latin for Family Historians"... which lists them all... they are
simply "latinised" versions of English names:

Edward .... theoretically it should be Edwardus

same ... Gervase

Bridget ... that's just Old English... the latin would be Brigitta

Most of them are pretty easy to "translate"... some of the more
"awkward" ones are:

Gulielmus = William
Philippa = Philip
Andreas = Andrew
Xpofer = Christopher

("X" was commonly used for "Christ" .... hence "Xmas" is not the
sacriligeous term that some would think it is... it was in very common
usage in the church at one time)
