Dear List

I think John's message again reinforces the message *do not* under any
circumstances open an attachment unless it's something you expect from a
friend or have scanned it first. The only way to catch virus's is via
attachments not HTML files like e mails (have I got that terminology
right?) so also make sure there is no possibility of your e mail software
automatically opening attachments.
