I have just found a certificate with the name Rajmund Nowak hand written on. My grandfather had painted a picture on the reverse side. It is dated "d. 9go Maja, 1929 r." The first line says "Pamiatka Uroczystej Komunji Swietej". This certificate is from Chicago, IL. I am guessing that this is Polish document, a first Communion. I don't know who this person is or what the real meaning is of the document. If you know who or what this is please contact me at . Put in the Subject "Certificate".
