Dear Listers....

Many thanks to those who kindly explained the relationship between Dominion #1, Cow Bay, Port Morien etc. Now I know!

Re our poor Dan J. Nicholson, he was killed on Valentine's Day, 1908 in Dominion #6. I had been told by an elderly relative that he had died in the mines, but no one else had ever heard the story. I was able to verify his death through the Lewis Frost papers....Dan J. and his date of death were on the Miner's Memorial Listing.
