Hi,

Jonathan Watson & Charlotte Clarke were married in 1880 in Lithgow, and had
the following children:

Ethel Ellen Kate b.1881 Hartley
Ella May b. 1883 Rylstone
Ada C b. 1886 Lithgow
Cecil W J b. 1889 Lithgow
Tasman M A b. 1891 Lithgow
Alvan McI b. 1893 Lithgow
Lila I b. 1896 Lithgow
Olga G b. 1898 Wallerawang

There is a Jonathan D Watson who died 1925 aged 81 at Portland. I am
trying to determine if this is the same Jonathan Watson who married Jemima
Mary Elliott on August 28 1873 at Coonabarrabran. Their children were:

Francis Jonathan Watson b. 1875 d. 1944
Robert Watson b. 1877 d. 1914
Arthur Richard R Watson b. 1879 d. ?

If anyone is tracing any of these Watson names, and can shed some light on
them, I would be very grateful. Jemima was my Gt Gt grandmother from her
1st marriage to Edward Elliott. Jemima lists herself as a widow on her
wedding certificate to Jonathan Watson, but I am yet to find any record of
Edward's death. As Jemima did not die until 1905, I am unsure whether they
are the same person or not. As I cannot find a death record for another
Jonathan Watson in NSW, and all records I have come across for him spell
the name as Jonathan (not Jonathon), I am inclined to believe that they are
the same person.
