A Station in the Bourke district would refer to a rural
property. Probably a sheep station.

Subject: "Dalesford" Bourke

Dear List,
I have been asked by another researcher for
help. Does anyone know of any place called "Dalesford
Station" Bourke. This was the place of residence given for
this person's grandmother on the birth certificate of her
illigitimate child. Does anyone know if Dalesford might have
been a home for unmarried mothers?
