Hi!

I had the chance to visit my grandmother in Zanesville, Ohio over
Columbus Day weekend. I finally saw some of her old photos and papers
she has collected about the Nutter and Haskins families over the years.
Pictures of Nutter family members I saw in her album were:

Frank Nutter; Willie Nutter; John Nutter; Earnest Nutter; Clay Nutter;
Devor Nutter; Jane Nutter; Anna Nutter; Ethel Nutter; Ida Nutter; Inez
Nutter; Annie Nutter; Hattie Nutter.

There were also other pictures of people in the Harrison
County/Doddridge County area of West Virginia. Pictures I saw of other
families included last names like Chilcotes, Watson, Kough, Sloan,
Metzher, Gould, Corden, Linscolt, Davis, Divers, Fresh, Trout, Young,
Martin, Ribble, Durant, Colingen, Matheny, Mckeoun, Murphy, Malony,
Whitehair, Floyd, Starkey, and Lowther.

I was able to read through my great-great grandfather Haskins' ledger.
He did farming/carpentry business with families in the above WV area.
Some people listed in the ledger include Lew Snider, S.T. Lowther, A.P..
Stutter, Edgar Drummonds, George Powell, A.J. Frum, D.L. Nutter, Janis
and Rose Lake, James Weaton, Lew Snider, Silas Cain, and Robert Starkey.

There was this listing about John N. Nutter I was wondering if anybody
had any additional information about:
"In the year of 1864 I heard A.P. Bennett complain of suffering of
rheumatism. Afther that I was captured and prisoned and I didn't see him
anymore until after the war was closed. In 1866 I seen him and he was
still complaining of suffering from rheumatism." John N. Nutter

One more Nutter listing: an agreement with Minnie Nutter in May of 1894
for teaching at a school on Flint Run at the Can (?) School House for
three months.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any additional info on the
people listed above.
