Steve, we have looked and have not found a connection. To date we are not
clear on the origins of either Hatevil or Christopher but suspect each
originally began in Lancashire.

I encourage the combine lists because often you are a Nutter researcher
outside of New England or West Virginia and you may need to contact both
groups to find your origins. Both lines moved into the midwest.

Have the seen the article in Jul/Oct The American Genealogist (TAG)? It is
the best article to date on Hatevil's uncle's origins. We will keep looking.
