Looking for my brother Jesse
b.1/26/83
Birth Parents: Laura Johnson Pence
and Raymond Eugene Jurad
Hospital: UMC
Transferred to: Sunrise Hosp. Neonatal Unit
Was adopted maybe to a nurse at Sunrise, due to his medical conditions,
Laura and Ray could not
afford Jesse's care, so they let him be put up for adoption.

I would really love to see my brother again on day! Any info is greatly
appriciated.
