I'm looking for help in locating the correct place to find a probate estate or will in Clark County..

I have reason to believe my great uncle, Julius Ernest Schallhorn (b 1900 d 12/1990) would have had a probate estate in Clark County. He died in Clark County. He married Cecelia DeRoach and had two children.

Does the law in Nevada require a probate estate be opened if there is real property but no will?
