Yes, Roxys was located on the east side of Boulder Highway in a black community known as Four Mile. There was always a Sheriff's car in front every night. But prostitutes worked our of hotels and on the street and still do. There were many well known "Madams", but your Jane Doe might not be a prostitute. She could bew one of many women who came here for a divorce and stayed.
