I did some research on the Jessen family in carson valley. I think I have obits and some other info. off the top of my head they had a hotel & bar in Millerville not far from the cemetery where they are buried in Carson Valley. She was a mid-wife and brought many carson valley babies into the world. Both son's were water masters and died when their car went into irrigation canal in the Wellington Smith Valley area.
